Tele Callers (Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / English)
Responsibilities:
- Professional outbound calling for debt recovery
- Maintain compliance with RBI guidelines
- Document interactions in CRM system
- Negotiate payment arrangements
Requirements: Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, and/or English.
Field Collection Executives
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits for on-ground recovery
- Verify customer addresses and documents
- Collect payments on-site
- Maintain compliance with legal requirements
Requirements: Willingness to travel, good communication skills, valid driving license preferred.
Team Leaders
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of tele-callers or field executives
- Monitor team performance and compliance
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Generate reports and track metrics
Requirements: Previous experience in collections, leadership skills, knowledge of RBI guidelines.
Collection Managers
Responsibilities:
- Manage collection operations and teams
- Develop and implement recovery strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance
- Coordinate with banking clients
Requirements: Extensive experience in debt collection, banking knowledge, leadership experience.
